Empire Welsh Pony Society was founded in 1980 to help promote welsh and their
members in the Southern Region of the state of Oregon. They sponsor a Double
Gold show every year and have many activities, including a monthly newsletter,
meetings and activities. Their goal is to promote Welsh Ponies and Cobs in
